Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for the exclusions outlined below.

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must strictly meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free from odors or signs of use

  • Returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached and accessories included

  • Items must not have been altered or modified

Any item that does not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the customer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to exclusivity and hygiene considerations made-to-order items, customized products, and pre-order items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

4. Return Procedure

All return requests must be submitted by email prior to sending the item back. Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of proven defects or errors attributable to our house.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the event of an error on our part.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges due to the limited nature of our collections. Customers are invited to place a new order once the return has been approved, subject to availability.

7. Defective Items or Order Errors

If an item arrives defective or does not correspond to the order placed, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing detailed photographs.

Once validated, an appropriate solution will be offered (refund or replacement, subject to availability).

We reserve the right to amend this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. The conditions applicable are those in effect on the date of purchase.
