These Terms & Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern all purchases made through the Colombe de Naes website. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation.

2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These Terms apply exclusively to products sold online on the Colombe de Naes website. They prevail over any other document or condition, except where expressly agreed in writing.
Colombe de Naes reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force at the time the order is placed.
3. PRODUCTS
Products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to artisanal production methods, the nature of materials used, or screen display settings.
Each piece is created in limited quantities, and some items may be made-to-order. Such characteristics are inherent to the identity of the brand and do not constitute defects.
4. AVAILABILITY
All products are offered subject to availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and refunded accordingly.
5. PRICES
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include French VAT (TTC), unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated at checkout.
Colombe de Naes reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of order confirmation.
6. ORDER PROCESS
An order is deemed final once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been sent.
Colombe de Naes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute with the customer, suspected fraud, or non-payment.
7. PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of order. Payments are processed securely via the payment methods available on the website.
Colombe de Naes does not store or have access to customers’ payment details.
8. DELIVERY
Orders are shipped from France.
All orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary, particularly for made-to-order pieces.
Estimated delivery times are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have a right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days of receipt of their order, unless an exception applies.
This right does not apply to made-to-order, customized, or personalized items, nor to products that have been worn, altered, or damaged.

10. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned items.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights relating to products, designs, images, texts, and trademarks displayed on the website are the exclusive property of Colombe de Naes.
Any reproduction, representation, or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
12. LIABILITY
Colombe de Naes shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products or failure to comply with care instructions.
In any event, liability is limited to the amount of the order.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
Colombe de Naes shall not be held responsible for failure to perform its obligations in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply disruptions, or governmental restrictions.
14. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected in the context of orders is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Privacy Policy available on the website.
15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the absence of amicable resolution, any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
