Shipping policy

Each piece is prepared with the utmost care in our atelier. Our creations are produced in very limited quantities — and in some cases as one-of-a-kind pieces — and every order undergoes a rigorous quality control prior to shipment.

2. Shipping Destinations

Orders are shipped from France.

We ship internationally. Available destinations, estimated delivery times, and carriers are displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that processing times may vary, especially for made-to-order pieces.

Orders are typically prepared within 2 to 5 business days, excluding public holidays and peak periods. Certain pieces may require additional preparation time due to their artisanal nature; when applicable, this information is clearly indicated on the product page.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on the destination country and selected carrier:

• Express shipping: available when offered at checkout

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Fees, Duties & Taxes

All prices are displayed inclusive of French VAT (TTC), where applicable.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are non-refundable.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

7. Receipt of Goods

Upon delivery, we strongly recommend inspecting the parcel in the presence of the carrier. Any anomalies (damaged, opened, or missing items) must be reported immediately to the carrier and confirmed in writing within 48 hours.

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. The version applicable is that in force at the time the order is placed.
